My Mission

My mission is very simple -- I want to spread the joy of running, especially running marathons, to as many people as possible. My goal is to share the knowledge that I have gained as an exercise physiologist, personal trainer, and veteran marathoner with you so that you can have the best running experience possible on both race day and throughout your training journey.

I hope that my anecdotes, training advice, motivational quotes, and much more serve as inspiration.  My wish is that you truly feel the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits of running.
